Vessel fuel charge filings are being adjusted effective January 31, 2016, due to decreased costs associated with the purchase of fuel. The following reductions are applicable on all shipments between the U.S. and Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, Montserrat, Nevis, Saba, St. Barts, St. Eustatius, St. John (VI), St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Croix, St. Thomas, St. Vincent, Tortola, Trinidad and Virgin Gorda.
