Puerto Cortes Special Service Charges

Dear Valued Customer,
Charges for special services in Puerto Cortes, such as storage, energy, drayage, inspections and more, are being invoiced from the port operator OPC to the steamship lines and are applicable to the account of the cargo. OPC has started to issue invoices covering services from February 2014 to the present time. In turn, to recover the charges, Crowley will be sending invoices for these special services as billed directly from OPC.
