GRI Caribbean Effective - 2/5/2012

To Our Valued Customers,
Due to increased operations costs, Crowley Caribbean Services announces a General Rate Increase (GRI) to be effective Sunday, February 5, 2012 for the below destinations in the Caribbean.
The GRI will apply on cargo between the United States and San Juan, Puerto Rico to the Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands and Caribbean Islands as follows:

| 20' Eqpt | $75 per unit |
| 40' Eqpt | $150 per unit |
| Over 40' Eqpt | $169 per unit |
| Vehicles NEX 700 CF | $44 per unit |
The General Rate Increase will be applicable to all open tariff and service contract rates.
