Costa Rica Strike Update 10/29/14

Crowley would like to provide an update to the previously announced port strike in Puerto Limon, Costa Rica. As of today, the strike by the union SINTRAJAP at the port of Puerto Limon in Costa Rica continues. However, cargo vessels are working in Limon, but with operational delays due to port congestion and security concerns.

Crowley will continue monitoring the situation and provide more information as it becomes available. We encourage our customers to allow sufficient time to enter and leave the port and take all necessary safety precautions. We understand how important your supply chain is to your business and will do everything possible to ensure that your cargo is moved as soon as possible.
