Harbor Ship Assist and Tanker Escort
Cook Inlet, Alaska
Through a commercial partnership with Tesoro Maritime, we operate a high horsepower/high bollard pull tug for the purpose of assisting tank vessels into and out of the refinery dock at Kenai, Alaska. As a proactive measure, Tesoro turned to Crowley to charter this assist tug to help ensure the safe operation of its vessels in Cook Inlet.
When operating tug escort and assist services in Alaska, we employ the same safety and quality standards that have allowed us to set the industry standard everywhere we work. Our crews have tremendous experience operating vessels in this challenging environment and strive to live up to the standards set by forth by our ISO/ISM certifications every day.
When it’s not being use for tanker operations in the Port of Kenai, this tug can be contracted for other commercial endeavors.
